Currently we only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland.​

Our treats are dehydrated and will keep for at around 3 months as long as they are stored in an airtight container or left in their packaging. Alternatively, the peanut paws, cakes and donuts can be stored in an air tight container and refrigerated for up to 1 week, or frozen and kept for up to 3 months.

Our baked and dehydrated treats are made with the freshest ingredients (no additives, no preservatives, no nasties) making them a perishable product. We recommend placing them in an airtight container and storing them in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight for up to 3 months. or freezing them for up to 6 months.

TIP: Try storing your baked treats in the freezer, taking treats down into the fridge as needed. This way you always have fresh, healthy treats on hand. You can even give your pooch frozen treats to keep cool during the warm summer months!

The majority of our treats are made with homemade oat flour, which is wheat and gluten-free. However, if your dog has an allergy or an intolerance to grains, we do offer GRAIN FREE options which you can find in the "Grain Free" section of our store. That said, we are happy to create grain-free, and even vegan, versions of any of the treats you think will take your dogs may fancy. Just email elle@io-poochemporium.com to make your request.

Some of our treats and cakes contain common allergens such as peanuts. Because all of our products are made in the same kitchen, we are unable to guarantee our treats are "free of" specific ingredients due to potential cross-contamination.

Ingredient lists for our treats or cakes are provided within the store's product descriptions if your dog does have any allergies. We work with many of our customers to tweak our recipes to cater specifically to their pooches allergies. All dogs should have the option of having yummy treats they love!
